BY AIRPLANE
Milan is easily accessible by air from virtually anywhere in the world. All primary carriers fly into the new Malpensa Airport, opened in 1998 but two other airports satisfy the traffic coming from the short to middle distances: Linate and Orio al Serio.
All the airports provide public transport to the city that runs approx every hour.
BY TAXI
Licensed cars are white and bear a consortium shield on the doors. They are all endowed with a meter and the final fee is shown once destination is reached. This is the price to pay with no additional costs to be added. You will find useful to know how much you will be charged for a journey from the airports to the Hotel:

Most cabs accept now payment by credit card but it is advisable to ask for this when you book or before getting on the taxi.
